Diane

Diane is a Maine native and earned her Bachelor of Science with high honors in Nursing (BSN) at the University of Southern Maine graduating with Magna Cum Laude. She joined Dr. Rana’s practice in December of 2019 with 11 years of orthopedic nursing experience. In 2011, she obtained her certification with the Orthopedic Nursing Board (ONC) and became a member of the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses (NAON). Diane teaches the ONC Orthopedic Review Course nationally to successfully prepare nurses for the ONC exam. She is also on the NAON Education Council and a contributing author of the NAON Core Curriculum for Orthopaedic Nursing textbook. Diane loves teaching the patient preoperative joint replacement education class to share with patients details of their upcoming surgery. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her church and staying active.
